Landing Studios: Training and Workshops
The Landing Theatre Company offers workshops and training classes in various topics for actors and playwrights throughout the year, providing resources to help grow the artistic community in Houston.
Play Submissions
The Landing Theatre Company accepts new play submissions for its New American Voices Play Reading Series every year from August 1st and September 31st. Review the Guidelines for play submission.
Internships/Education
The Landing Theatre Company is committed to education through internship programs, professional workshops, courses and community outreach programs. Education is a central part of our goals as a company.
Summer Internships
Every summer The Landing will select 4-8 university or high school students as interns to work in the areas of artistic, production and administration. Each will have responsibilities in one of the following areas: Technical/Crew, Marketing/Events, Stage Management/Artistic Assistants, or Box Office/Audience Services.
Deadlines for applications are April 1st.
